1. About us
Pushback is a Highfold Group brand. Address: Office 10125, 321-323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex RM6 6AX, United Kingdom. When you use Pushback (parkingpushback.co.uk) or buy from us, your contract is with Highfold Group. Contact us at hello@parkingpushback.co.uk.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payments are taken securely by Stripe. If we make an obvious pricing error we'll tell you before going ahead.
Pushback appeal letters
- What you get. A free checker, and paid packages: Appeal Letter (£5.99), Full Appeal (£11.99) and Full Appeal + Debt Letters (£21.99), as described on our pricing page. Each package covers one parking ticket. Prices are one-off and never renew.
- Your letters. Your letters are created as soon as your payment is complete: they're on your case page, and we email you your first letter as a PDF.
- Not legal advice. Pushback is software that compares the information you give us with published rules and builds letters from paragraphs we have written. It is general information and templates, not legal advice, and we are not solicitors. We never act for you, contact anyone on your behalf or represent you in any court or tribunal.
- No guaranteed result. Operators, councils, POPLA, the IAS and tribunals make their own decisions. We label each ground honestly but cannot promise any outcome.
- Your responsibility for what you send. You must only send letters that are true. Read every letter before sending it and edit or remove anything that isn't accurate. Never say someone else was driving if it was you. You are responsible for sending your letters on time.
- The check before you pay. We compare the photos you add with your answers and look over your letter before you pay, and show you anything that doesn't match. It's a safety net, not a guarantee: you are still responsible for checking every detail against your own notices.
- Deadlines and reminders. We calculate deadlines from the dates you give us and send reminders as a courtesy. Always check the dates printed on your own notices; the deadlines that count are the ones that apply to you.
- Fair use. Letters are for your own parking ticket. Please don't resell them.

Our liability
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't legally be limited.
Not legal or professional advice
Pushback provides software, templates and general information to help you organise your obligations. It isn't legal, financial or professional advice and doesn't replace a qualified adviser for your specific situation.
Complaints
If something's gone wrong, email hello@parkingpushback.co.uk and we'll aim to resolve it within 14 days.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
